Salary: $124,500–$183,000, $148,200–$218,000, or $176,800–$260,000 USD annually, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Define projects and roadmap milestones by synthesizing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Bring clarity to ambiguous cross-team problems, drive prioritization, and make tradeoffs between quality, speed, and impact.
• Shape projects from concept through execution, creating high-fidelity designs and production-ready prototypes.
• Design solutions across multiple workflows and build shared tools such as prompt libraries, component generators, and workflow automations.
• Influence adjacent product roadmaps through evidence-based recommendations and live prototypes.
• Multiply team capacity through mentorship, recruiting, and inclusive design practices.

Requirements

• Track record of shipping work with measurable outcomes at scale across multiple teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual and interaction design excellence, systems thinking, leadership through influence, shipped features, or working prototypes.
• Experience shaping team priorities, building tools or systems used by multiple designers, and influencing adjacent roadmaps.
• Build-first fluency with code editors and LLM-powered tools, including meaningful contributions to production codebases.
• Strong product thinking and ability to synthesize customer, business, and technical inputs into clear briefs.
• Ability to design scalable solutions across teams and workflows while operating effectively in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tools, prompt libraries, or workflow automations used by other designers.
• Mentorship experience that helped people advance their careers and adopt new ways of working.
• Background in hospitality technology, marketplace products, or high-growth consumer/B2B platforms.
