Location: Remote, United States. Employees near San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, or Chicago may use local offices optionally.

Salary: $223,600–$313,000 USD per year, with final compensation based on skills, experience, and credentials.

What you will do

• Define the UX architecture and experience strategy for Presence across identity, profiles, business tools, community context, discovery, navigation, and emerging product surfaces.
• Translate long-term organizational priorities into experience strategies, decision frameworks, future-state visions, and executable launches.
• Establish shared experience models, interaction patterns, navigation approaches, and design principles for multiple product teams.
• Identify and resolve gaps, overlaps, inconsistencies, and competing approaches across product areas.
• Partner with senior Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, Content Design, and Design leaders to influence strategy and priorities.
• Use AI-assisted design and coding tools, research, experimentation, and rapid prototyping to evaluate complex ecosystem decisions and mentor senior designers.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of product design experience, including platform-scale or ecosystem-level initiatives across multiple product areas.
• Portfolio demonstrating Principal-level scope, product vision, systems architecture, sophisticated interaction design, executive influence, cross-product coherence, and measurable impact.
• Experience defining foundational product architecture, shared interaction models, design systems, or platform strategies adopted across multiple teams.
• Expert interaction design and information architecture skills, with strong understanding of user research, data, experimentation, accessibility, and technical constraints.
• Fluency with AI-assisted design and coding workflows, including prototyping and emerging tools.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, facilitation, stakeholder management, and strategic systems-thinking skills.
