Product Designer (AI)

Location: New York, United States; on-site

Salary: $135,000–$220,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end product experiences from initial concepts through polished releases.
• Translate business goals into user-centered designs with engineers and AI researchers.
• Evolve and maintain a unified, scalable design system.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Build prototypes to explore and validate features, flows, and interactions.
• Help maintain a high standard for thoughtful, deliberate design decisions.

Requirements

• Experience designing products in fast-moving environments, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Ability to unravel complex challenges and turn them into clear, intuitive experiences.
• Deep experience with design systems and strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Track record of conducting user research and applying findings to product design.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for explaining design ideas and rationale.
• Ability to work on-site in New York.
