Product Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA preferred; on-site. Remote work is available in the US only for rare exceptions. Visa sponsorship and relocation support to the United States are available for the right candidates.

Salary: $156,000–$234,000 annual base pay in San Francisco, excluding equity. Compensation may be adjusted outside San Francisco.

hirify.global is building a preventative, personalized health system that combines lab testing, health data aggregation, digital twins, an AI doctor, and peptide-based treatments.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for core product surfaces, from problem definition through shipped interfaces.
• Build and evolve design-system solutions that allow the product to scale coherently.
• Partner with engineering, clinical, data science, and growth teams to define product direction.
• Translate complex biomarker and health data into clear, actionable, and emotionally resonant interfaces.
• Rapidly prototype, ship, and learn from real product usage.
• Raise the quality of product craft through feedback, critique, and example.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally for consumer, health, or AI products.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems at scale.
• Ability to define ambiguous problems and develop solutions without a fully scoped brief.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with comfort working alongside engineers in code.
• Strong focus on usability, accessibility, inclusive design, communication, and high-quality execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with health products.
• Front-end development skills with React, Swift, or similar technologies.
• Data visualization or information design experience.
• Familiarity with AI-driven product experiences.
