Senior Product Designer, Consumer Revenue

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States

Salary: $188,000–$211,500 annual US base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the design of paid consumer products from opportunity identification and product strategy through experimentation, launch, and post-release iteration.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Marketing to connect user needs with business goals.
• Use experiments, funnel data, and research insights to refine designs and inform ship/no-ship decisions.
• Deliver high-quality desktop and mobile experiences with clear documentation and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to the Design System and support design excellence through critique, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer products across desktop and mobile.
• Experience leading design for multiple squads or end-to-end initiatives.
• Strong product thinking and the ability to turn complex business requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Experience using experiment data and user feedback to guide iterations and product decisions.
• Mastery of visual and interaction design, with strong attention to detail in revenue experiences.
• Expert-level Figma and prototyping skills, plus experience working with and contributing to a design system.

Nice to have

• Experience building monetization products.
• Understanding of and curiosity about AI-assisted design workflows, generative UI, and the need for human design judgment.
