Facilities Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Hamilton & North Waikato, New Zealand

Fixed-term full-time position until April 2027.

What you will do

• Support the Waitoa Facilities Manager with facilities management activities across the plant.
• Coordinate the integration of facilities systems and compliance across UHT and Waitoa Operations.
• Support Building Warrant of Fitness requirements, fire safety systems, drains, stormwater, and wastewater.
• Assist with site projects when required.
• Support the UHT Engineering team.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in maintenance and planning within a maintenance or facilities environment.
• Experience with data management and planning systems.
• Experience using CMMS systems; SAP experience is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency with computerised systems, including SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Resourceful, self-starting, team-focused, and willing to support the wider team.
