What you will do

• Lead and develop the Machine Design team, including production tooling engineers.
• Own delivery outcomes for machine design and tooling programs, including schedule, risk, and production impact.
• Translate production engineering priorities into a clear portfolio roadmap for fixtures, automation, and equipment.
• Set and uphold standards for design reviews, commissioning, validation, and change control.
• Build a coherent make-vs-buy and supplier strategy for machine builds, fabrication, and long-term support.

Requirements

• Experience leading mechanical, mechatronics, machine design, or manufacturing engineering teams.
• Strong technical judgment across production equipment, fixtures, automation, and tooling.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical depth with people leadership and cross-functional influence.
• High ownership and strong leadership capabilities aligned with company principles.
