What you will do

• Lead complex tool qualification programs across parts and multiple suppliers.
• Prevent systemic tooling and part issues through robust qualification practices.
• Establish standards for capability evidence, maintenance strategies, and change control.
• Manage qualification requirements across supplier programs.
• Mentor colleagues and raise technical standards for supplier and tooling work.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in injection moulding and tooling.
• Experience with FAT/SAT, steel-safe design, and secondary operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-supplier programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain.
