Salary: $25 - $29 per hour

What you will do

• Assemble complex controls, control cabinets, and various product line equipment.
• Perform manufacturing operations including wire cutting, winding, soldering, and annealing.
• Conduct visual and electrical inspections using multi-meters and other gauges.
• Utilize hand and power tools to adjust or repair products according to customer specifications.
• Collaborate with managers, engineering, and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following PPE requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in assembly work.
• US Citizenship is required; must be able to work without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documentation.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Experience with electrical assembly, maintenance, and/or repair.
