What you will do
- Lead end-to-end CPS operations across Indonesia and the Philippines, ensuring service, quality, compliance, productivity, and delivery targets are met.
- Manage panel health, respondent engagement, data quality governance, operational risks, and business continuity.
- Own regional operating plans, budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and productivity initiatives.
- Lead multiple country teams through capability building, succession planning, talent development, and engagement.
- Partner with Commercial, Client Success, Product, Data Science, Technology, and Global Operations stakeholders.
- Drive process standardization, automation, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, continuous improvement, and transformation programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations, Market Research, or a related discipline.
- At least 12 years of professional experience, including significant leadership in operations, market research, data collection, or shared services.
- At least 5 years of experience leading large, geographically distributed teams.
- Experience managing budgets, operational metrics, transformation programs, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, strategic leadership, change management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience in consumer measurement, panel management, retail measurement, analytics, or insights industries.
- Experience with automation, AI, advanced analytics, and digital transformation solutions.
