Location: Malaysia; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week from the Malaysia office

What you will do
- Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
- Build and manage the operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
- Coordinate workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
- Prepare decision memos, board and leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before they become blockers.
- Support leadership in making trade-offs across people, capital, product, and market priorities, while owning special projects requiring senior judgement.
Requirements
- Experience driving strategic execution across multiple teams.
- Strong judgement, communication, prioritization, follow-through, writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, work with limited guidance, and move from high-level strategy to detailed execution.
- Strong English communication is required; English is the main working language across global teams.
- Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion is advantageous.
