Salary: USD 18.81–25.39 per hour

What you will do

• Register HealthLab patients according to established policies and procedures.
• Review patient orders and validate demographic, clinical, financial, and insurance information.
• Use Epic, OneSource, payer websites, and related systems to verify insurance and document billing details.
• Identify insurance carrier codes and select the correct financial class on patient records.
• Coordinate with HealthLab Billing and Client Services to secure accurate billing information.
• Maintain productivity and quality targets, including 96% error-free registrations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong typing skills and the ability to work independently at an established productivity level.
• English communication skills are required, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Completion of Registration training before performing registration duties.

Nice to have

• Registration experience in a doctor's office or hospital setting.
