What you will do

• Utilize payer web portals to obtain and update patient insurance information in client systems.
• Verify insurance data against scanned patient cards to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Execute claims filing procedures following system updates.
• Document all actions taken within internal and client host systems.
• Maintain daily productivity and quality standards as per departmental policies.
• Manage protected health information (PHI) in strict compliance with HIPAA standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Arlington, VA, USA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stress and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Possession of a smartphone or electronic device for multifactor authentication.
