• Process medical ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner using hirify.global software.
• Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations to ensure accuracy.
• Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues.
• Organize records and documents to complete the ROI process.
• Provide exemplary customer service in person, via phone, and email.
• Maintain compliance and confidentiality according to company reference materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chesterfield, MO
• 2+ years of medical record experience.
• 2+ years of experience in clerical or office work.
• Proficiency with desktop computers, scanners, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations related to Protected Health Information.
• Some college education.
