What you will do

• Process e-filing, order and referral management, insurance verifications, and prior authorizations.
• Evaluate medical documents and file them electronically into patient charts within client EHR systems.
• Manage high volumes of medical records with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Maintain productivity targets (Target Transactions per Hour) and log work on an hourly basis.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of business affairs and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Skokie, IL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company-specific software.
• Ability to navigate multiple programs and applications simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and high-speed data entry skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
