What you will do

• Process e-filing, order and referral management, and insurance verifications for assigned services.
• Evaluate medical documents and file them electronically into patient charts using EHR software.
• Maintain high accuracy and efficiency while handling high volumes of data entry.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and client-specific protocols.
• Track completed work and transaction counts on an hourly basis.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Skokie, IL.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
