Senior Talent Specialist, GTM (Talent Acquisition): Managing end-to-end recruitment and talent pipelines for GTM and other functions as Halter scales globally with an accent on sourcing, hiring strategy, and candidate experience. Focus on building scalable recruitment processes, advising hiring leaders, analysing hiring metrics, and supporting inclusive hiring across regions.

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across regions and functions, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers.
- Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, team goals, workforce planning, and success profiles.
- Build scalable recruitment processes, tools, workflows, and candidate pipelines as hiring volumes grow.
- Coach and enable hiring leaders to improve interviewing quality, assessment rigour, and decision-making.
- Support compensation benchmarking, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employer branding, and talent-market activities.
- Maintain the ATS, track recruitment metrics, and improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or global technology environments.
- Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines, preferably including sales and marketing roles.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing teams across multiple regions.
- Strong sourcing, reporting, data-analysis, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments with a focus on quality.
- Knowledge of Australian employment laws, immigration requirements, and compliance.
