Talent Attraction Specialist, APAC (12-Month Fixed-term Contract)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a varied portfolio of roles across the APAC region.
• Develop labor-market intelligence and provide informed hiring recommendations.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, hiring decisions, and workforce planning.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates through direct-sourcing channels.
• Coordinate multiple recruitment activities while maintaining organization, accuracy, and service quality.
• Collaborate with Talent Attraction, HR, and cross-functional teams on regional and global initiatives and process improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct sourcing and recruitment delivery, either in-house or agency-based.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices in the APAC labor market.
• Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a service-driven, stakeholder-focused, matrixed, multinational environment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Ability to ensure compliance with local labor legislation and global HR standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, particularly Workday.
• Knowledge of labor law in China or the broader APAC region.
• Interest in talent acquisition, workforce trends, and continuous professional development.
