Senior Talent Specialist (Global Talent Acquisition): Managing end-to-end recruitment and building scalable hiring practices for a fast-growing agricultural technology company with an accent on multi-region sourcing, workforce planning, and candidate experience. Focus on strengthening recruitment operations, enabling hiring leaders, analysing hiring metrics, and supporting inclusive hiring across technical and business functions.
Location: Auckland, New Zealand. On-site, with office-first expectations and flexibility when needed.

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across regions and functions, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers.
- Build candidate pipelines and develop scalable recruitment processes, tools, and workflows.
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, role requirements, success profiles, and hiring decisions.
- Coach hiring leaders to improve interviewing quality, assessment rigour, and decision-making.
- Support compensation benchmarking, hiring metrics, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employer branding.
- Maintain the ATS and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or global technology environments.
- Experience recruiting across multiple regions and disciplines, including hardware, software, or technical roles.
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, reporting, data analysis, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws, immigration requirements, and compliance in New Zealand, ideally Australia as well.
- High emotional intelligence, ownership, accountability, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguity.
