Sales Operation Manager (Wind Energy)

What you will do

• Support country sales forecasts, order intake plans, pipeline consolidation, sales reporting, and management presentations.
• Coordinate sales administration, calendars, customer meetings, travel arrangements, logistics, and internal information flow.
• Prepare commercial offers, quotations, proposals, tenders, and contract documentation while tracking approval workflows.
• Maintain communication with developing customer accounts, coordinate responses to inquiries, and support opportunity development.
• Maintain CRM, SAP, customer databases, sales data quality, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate exhibitions, industry events, and customer engagement programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B business or sales environment, ideally in heavy industry, construction, or energy.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Korean.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, goal orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, commitment, and visionary thinking.
• Willingness to travel internationally across Asia.
