Product Manager, Strategic Technology Applications (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States, with regular travel for onsite go-lives, department rounding, and other support activities as needed.

Salary: $170,000–$194,000 for candidates in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle; $149,000–$185,000 elsewhere. Target annual bonus: 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle for strategic technology applications supporting clinical, operational, growth, and administrative workflows.
• Lead discovery with clinical, operational, and growth stakeholders and translate needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized delivery plans.
• Partner with internal analysts, developers, and external vendors to deliver configuration changes, integrations, and new features across TalkDesk, Salesforce, Epic, and related systems.
• Lead or co-lead technology implementations for new PACE centers, including workflow validation, user acceptance testing, and go-live support.
• Manage vendor relationships, application performance, escalations, contract oversight support, and build-versus-buy evaluations.
• Drive adoption, training, change management, product documentation, and continuous improvement using user feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning roadmaps and enterprise or B2B SaaS application lifecycles.
• Experience managing or launching SaaS or cloud-based applications and applying discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, backlog management, and agile delivery practices.
• Ability to translate business and clinical requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and workflow improvements.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, vendors, and non-technical clinical or operational stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including product documentation, roadmaps, and executive updates.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment is subject to applicable work-location laws and E-Verify requirements.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or health IT experience, including PACE, Medicare, Medicaid, or regulated healthcare environments.
• Experience with TalkDesk, Salesforce, Abridge, Epic, contact center, CRM, ambient AI documentation, EHR, health plan, claims, eligibility, encounter submission, or risk adjustment systems.
• Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations, rapid program expansion, product delivery, or change management methodology.
