Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Denver, New York, or San Francisco; four days in-office and one day remote each week.

Salary: $150,000–$195,000 USD annual base salary, with potential equity and employee benefits.

What you will do

• Improve product management practices and build systems that support high-quality product and service delivery.
• Build and execute product vision in collaboration with Engineering and Design.
• Analyze the macro-structure of the business and product to identify gaps and generate new ideas.
• Own business goals and promote accountability across partner teams.
• Create reporting dashboards and capture customer and field feedback to prioritize user needs.
• Communicate new feature rollouts to customers, leadership, operations, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience building data-intensive products and applications.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and an understanding of unit economics.
• Ability to code or read code and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Outcome-oriented, action-oriented, collaborative, low-ego, and high-output working style.
• Willingness to work in person at a Denver, New York, or San Francisco office four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience leading or scaling a successful product team.
• Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience working in a fast-growing engineering culture.
