What you will do

• Define and own the Proof of Concept (POC) product strategy and launch to Beta customers.
• Lead the go-to-market (GTM) motion for New Product Introduction, aligning sales, operations, engineering, and finance.
• Partner with Engineering to develop scalable, repeatable, and value-creating products.
• Drive end-to-end product ownership from discovery through scale and optimization.
• Lead competitive analysis to inform product differentiation and positioning.
• Engage directly with customers through onsite travel (up to 40%) to support development and implementation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in Provider Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• 3+ years of product management experience in the Healthcare technology industry.
• 1+ years of experience in 0-1 new product development.
• Expertise in HL7v2, FHIR R4, and ANSI x12 v5010.
• Familiarity with leading EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Meditech.
