Product Manager (Epic Services): Shaping Epic strategy and adoption to support high-performing revenue cycle management for health systems with an accent on scalable solutions and operational efficiency. Location: Remote (USA); candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client or corporate office locations

Salary: $92,400 - $138,600

What you will do

  • Define and execute the strategy for Epic upgrades, enhancements, and feature adoption.
  • Collaborate with Operations to identify workflows, challenges, and business needs to translate them into Epic standards.
  • Lead discovery processes to define scalable, prescriptive recommendations with clear rationale and tradeoffs.
  • Own the development and maintenance of Epic playbooks and Standard Operating Models (SOMs).
  • Translate operational requirements into scalable integration approaches for Epic and third-party systems.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to inform feature design and functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of Epic experience in healthcare operations or IT.
  • Epic certification(s) in Patient Access, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, or HIM.
  • Deep functional expertise in Epic.
  • Strong executive-level communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in product management, solution design, or operational strategy.
  • Openness to innovation including AI to improve processes and patient experiences.
