Product Manager, Epic Services (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. Travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required based on business needs.

Salary: $92,400–$138,600 annually, based on experience.

What you will do

• Set strategy for Epic upgrades, enhancements, and feature adoption.
• Partner with Operations to understand workflows, challenges, and successes, translating business needs into Epic standards and adoption strategies.
• Lead problem discovery, requirements, and scoping across Operations, Epic Services, Innovation, Product, and Data.
• Develop prescriptive recommendations with clear rationale and tradeoffs for Epic functionality, integrations, and solution design.
• Inform Epic Standard Operating Models and maintain Epic playbooks.
• Educate Epic Services and partner with Partnership Success on standards, functionality, and client messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of Epic experience in healthcare operations or an IT environment.
• Epic certification in Patient Access, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, or HIM.
• Deep functional expertise in Epic and strong executive-ready communication skills.
• Creative, solution-oriented problem-solving approach and openness to innovation, including AI.
