Project Manager

Location: On-site at the office in Saugerties, New York, United States

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage project objectives, plans, schedules, budgets, resources, vendors, and third-party contributors.
• Coordinate process owners and stakeholders to define solutions, obtain sign-off, and enable build and testing.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, profitability, and project performance, escalating jeopardized projects.
• Coach project team members, review work quality, coordinate integrations, and provide performance input.
• Manage project closure, acceptance, stakeholder satisfaction, lessons learned, and customer references.
• Prepare management reports and maintain project documentation and templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience and 5 years of product or equipment management experience.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, preferably Encompix, with understanding of discrete manufacturing, bills of material, and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and new product development.
• Strong planning, communication, prioritization, and risk management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
