Project Manager, Deputy

Location: US-PA-Cheswick (EMD); flexible schedule with work from home one day or a 9/80 schedule.

Salary: $113,900–$189,800 per year.

What you will do

• Lead and execute mid-sized projects or defined portions of larger programs in line with contract requirements and company procedures.
• Define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives, managing technical, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Lead project teams and meetings, track progress, and communicate status, issues, and resolution options to customers and management.
• Manage scope, quality, resources, costs, risks, change documentation, communication plans, and process training.
• Coordinate with sourcing teams and suppliers to secure materials for current projects and future production.
• Support follow-on business and new business development by leading proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of project management or project leadership experience.
• Excellent organization, written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Must be a US citizen due to DoD requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance and meet additional export-control screening requirements.
