Project Manager

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 85,000–100,000 per year

Develops helicopter securing and traversing systems, marine hangar doors, sonar handling systems, towed line array handling systems, sonar domes, towed bodies and fairings, and aviation support systems for naval customers.

What you will do

• Plan, initiate, and manage small to mid-sized production projects or defined portions of larger projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain activities to align production capacity with contract requirements.
• Monitor production KPIs and communicate project progress, issues, and deliverable readiness to stakeholders.
• Conduct project reviews and adapt project strategies to changing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project management best practices.

Requirements

• Prior project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Additional security screening may be required for access to export-controlled information.
