Technician II - Manufacturing (Semiconductor)

Location: Lowell, Massachusetts, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Hourly pay: $17.00–$32.69 per hour

What you will do

• Set up and operate manual and computer-controlled assembly and test equipment for diode products.
• Perform product analysis, testing, in-process inspections, and quality-control checks.
• Collect, record, and report test data to relevant departments.
• Communicate test findings to engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain equipment calibration and follow procedures for safe sample handling and disposal.
• Troubleshoot production-floor issues to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is beneficial.
• 2–3 years of experience in an assembly and testing environment.
• Experience with microscopes, oscilloscopes, SMUs, capacitance meters, multimeters, power supplies, DMMs, or similar equipment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, DOS, Windows 10, BASIC, and C.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must provide proof of US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status under US export-control requirements.

Nice to have

• Diode manufacturing and testing experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experience manufacturing products under MIL-PRF-19500 and/or MIL-PRF-38534.
