What you will do

• Coordinate the full bid lifecycle from initial client information to contract award.
• Manage CRM records, bid/no-bid processes, and document management.
• Liaise with clients to obtain tender information and manage clarification questions.
• Organize bid kick-off meetings, internal reviews, and site visits.
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable proposal content for consistency.
• Prepare professional client presentations and ensure timely submission of proposals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in proposals, bids, or tenders.
• Experience creating client-facing documentation and presentations.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a professional business environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
• Full right to work in the UK.
