What you will do
- Lead transformational business projects from initiation through completion.
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, timelines, quality standards, and success measures.
- Establish governance and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project delivery.
- Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and lead cross-functional teams, suppliers, and partners.
- Translate business and technical requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Support communication, change adoption, engagement, continuous improvement, and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex transformation projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading brand transformation programmes, including rebrands, brand refreshes, or repositioning.
- Experience coordinating workstreams across brand, technology, people, and process.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, planning, budget management, and resource management skills.
- Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or similar project management methodologies.
Nice to have
- A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or AgilePM.
