Programme Integration Governance Lead (Defence Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week at the client site in Helensburgh; based in Glasgow. UK residency and nationality restrictions apply due to security requirements. Own transport is essential.

What you will do

• Lead governance and reporting activities for a major infrastructure and capability programme.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, processes, ways of working and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Oversee change control, risk and issue management, planning, scheduling and project support activities.
• Ensure reporting data, actions and decisions are accurate, consistent and delivered within agreed timescales.
• Support knowledge management, lessons learned and assurance across multiple teams and organisations.
• Analyse complex information and provide decision support and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a governance or programme controls environment.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, scheduling and project processes.
• Experience supporting infrastructure or complex project delivery programmes.
• Experience managing stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
• SC Clearance is required, with UK residency and nationality restrictions applying.
