Strategic Alignment Lead (MediaTech)

Location: Any hirify.global UK office, hybrid — offices listed in London, Cardiff, Glasgow, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Salford.

Salary: £65,400–£87,133 per year, depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Create clarity on portfolio health, strategic priorities, risks and opportunities across hirify.global MediaTech.
• Surface emerging risks, dependencies, constraints and opportunities before they appear in standard reporting.
• Translate complex information and diverse signals into clear insights, recommendations and actions for senior leaders.
• Build alignment across teams, portfolios and stakeholders with competing priorities and perspectives.
• Connect organizational information, people and priorities to create a coherent view of what matters most.
• Shape how strategic decisions are informed, discussed and acted upon across MediaTech.

Requirements

• Ability to navigate complex organizational systems and identify factors influencing outcomes beyond individual teams, projects or programs.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Experience synthesizing diverse information, perspectives and signals into clear recommendations and action.
• Experience influencing decisions and priorities across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including alignment of groups with competing priorities.
• Experience supporting senior leaders through complex decisions, trade-offs or organizational change.
