What you will do

  • Develop and verify safety-critical embedded software components for the aircraft Charge Control Unit.
  • Design charge-control systems interfacing embedded software with high-voltage components and analog/digital circuitry.
  • Decompose system requirements into high-level and low-level software requirements in compliance with DO-178C.
  • Develop, integrate, verify, and certify complex hardware/software systems with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Implement fault-detection and diagnostic algorithms for short circuits, sensor failures, and other hardware-level events.
  • Analyze hardware schematics, signal integrity, and power distribution networks to support embedded software development and certification processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Electronics.
  • At least 48 months of experience designing and developing safety-critical embedded software using C/C++.
  • Experience with real-time operating systems, custom schedulers, and embedded frameworks.
  • Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing and debugging.
  • Experience with communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, or I2C.
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
