What you will do

• Design and develop embedded software systems for precision electronic measurement equipment.
• Architect software designs from customer requirements and define appropriate abstractions.
• Design, code, debug, test, and document embedded software applications.
• Prepare design reports and software verification reports.
• Collaborate with other engineers in an Agile development environment.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in embedded software design, programming, and debugging.
• Strong object-oriented programming knowledge and experience with C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with Xilinx Zynq programming and the Xilinx Vitis Development Environment.
• Experience with Git, SourceTree, Jira, VectorCAST, Parasoft, and DOORS.
• Excellent technical writing, communication, analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance. A BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required; an MS is preferred.
