Director, Strategy and Corporate Development

Location: US-Remote

Salary: $132,000–$200,000 per year, with potential sales-based or performance-based bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise and business-unit strategy projects, including market and competitive analysis, growth opportunity assessment, and strategic planning.
• Support the three-year planning process and translate strategic priorities into actionable business plans.
• Lead cross-functional M&A diligence teams across Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, and HR.
• Develop deal models with Finance and present recommendations to executive leadership.
• Support post-merger integration planning and execution.
• Prepare and present executive- and board-level materials on strategic direction and capital allocation.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, strategy, or corporate finance.
• Experience leading M&A processes from sourcing through close, including at least one end-to-end deal.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience presenting to and influencing C-suite and board-level audiences.
• Ability to lead multiple workstreams and small teams in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools and workflows, or the initiative to learn and apply them independently.
