Staff Product Manager (AI Platform)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $132,000–$220,000 USD base pay per year; total compensation may also include a performance bonus, benefits, and other incentive compensation.

Clari and hirify.global are building an AI-powered Predictive Revenue System for enterprise revenue teams.

What you will do

• Own AI product initiatives end to end, from ideation and launch through retention.
• Build the AI roadmap for transcript intelligence and actionable revenue insights.
• Develop product capabilities for pipeline health, deal risk, forecast accuracy, account intelligence, and representative productivity.
• Integrate insights into CRM and modern go-to-market workflows, including automated follow-ups, updates, and nudges.
• Work with Engineering on technical trade-offs, product interfaces, scrums, and product releases.
• Partner with customers, Customer Success, Go-to-Market, and cross-functional leaders to shape strategy and maximize product impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong experience with AI agents, context, memory, agent frameworks, or agent platforms.
• Experience managing complex relationships with users, customers, partners, and industry analysts.
• In-depth understanding of data integration, APIs, data connectors, data flows, and the modern data stack.
• Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to explain complex business and technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Experience with CRM systems and surrounding ecosystem integrations is preferred.
