AI Agent Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Austin, Texas; hybrid

Base salary: $110K–$160K per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own AI agent deployments from customer requirements and scoping through production go-live.
• Define deployment scope, customer-facing roadmaps, priorities, timelines, quality standards, and tradeoffs.
• Translate customer requirements into agent behavior using prompts, tools, guardrails, conversation flows, decision logic, and multi-agent workflows.
• Ship agents handling healthcare workflows such as scheduling, patient context, EMR data, and practice-specific edge cases.
• Improve agent performance through structured evaluations, live call reviews, testing, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate Customer Engineering, Conversational Design, Engineering, implementation teams, and other stakeholders while identifying risks and unblocking launches.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Product Management or a closely related role, or a technical background with PM-like ownership.
• Strong technical product background with comfort working with APIs, integrations, and connected systems.
• Experience shipping products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without an established playbook.
• Ability to work cross-functionally through influence, with a strong bias toward ownership and action.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native products, agents, LLMs, automation platforms, or prompt and agent building.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Background in healthcare, revenue cycle, or other legacy-system-heavy industries.
• Founder, co-founder, or early startup experience.
• Familiarity with voice AI, real-time orchestration systems, or agent evaluation practices.
• Portfolio or examples of shipped conversational experiences such as IVR, voice assistants, chatbots, or SMS flows.
• Experience building, testing, and refining bots and conversational flows.
