Senior Product Manager (Field AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; monthly travel to Texas is required for field collaboration, training, and product rollouts.

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 estimated base salary, varying by candidate location, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the field AI strategy, roadmap, execution, and success metrics from concept through rollout.
• Translate computer vision, multimodal models, and AI agents into reliable products for active construction jobsites.
• Partner with Superintendents, Direct Construction Operators, Construction Operations, Field Operations, and Engineering.
• Travel to Texas monthly to run trainings, drive rollouts, and build feedback loops with field teams.
• Define product requirements, AI evaluation and quality frameworks, prioritization criteria, and experiments.
• Improve AI accuracy, adoption, and field efficiency through measurable product outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a complex technical product.
• Experience shipping applied AI products involving computer vision, multimodal models, LLMs, agents, or ML systems that take meaningful action or make decisions in production.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to work alongside engineering and ML teams, assess system trade-offs, interpret evaluations, and analyze data.
• Experience building a product from concept through launch and real-world adoption.
• Independent, self-starting approach with strong cross-functional execution in ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel to Texas monthly and learn the construction and built-environment domain rapidly.

Nice to have

• Experience applying technology in physical-world or traditionally non-technical, unstructured environments.
• Interest in construction and the built environment.
• Prior construction industry experience.
