What you will do

• Own the enterprise product strategy and roadmap for hirify.global for Business.
• Lead workflows for L&D managers, buyers, administrators, and reporting.
• Design product loops for enterprise customer launch, usage, proof of learning, renewal, and expansion.
• Build product surfaces that reduce manual customer success and go-to-market work and make customer value visible.
• Conduct customer discovery and synthesize input from L&D leaders, learners, sales, customer success, design, data, and engineering.
• Define the enterprise readiness scorecard covering activation, completion, progress evidence, renewal support, and reduced manual work.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on product experience, including Product Lead experience.
• Strong experience with B2B, enterprise workflows, SaaS, administration and reporting, customer proof, or dual-motion products.
• Evidence of building reusable product systems from complex customer demand rather than one-off solutions.
• Strong written communication and cross-functional product leadership skills.
• Ability to work with revenue-facing teams while maintaining independent product judgment.
• Ability to lead company-level outcomes from an enterprise scope without turning the role into program management.
