Product Manager (AI)

Location: NYC office, hybrid

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity

hirify.global is a Series B fintech company building an AI-native platform and client portal for independent financial advisors.

What you will do

• Identify high-impact market opportunities and define product vision, strategy, and success metrics.
• Build and maintain prioritized product roadmaps with clear rationale and incremental delivery plans.
• Research customers, markets, and problems through user research, discovery calls, surveys, and feedback synthesis.
• Write product specifications covering problems, scope, goals, metrics, and project plans.
• Own roadmap projects from inception through production while partnering with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Develop product messaging, evaluate outcomes through metrics and feedback, and maintain cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, including 1+ year at a high-growth technology startup.
• Experience at a Series A–D startup and ownership of at least one successful product or business line.
• Experience developing B2B or B2B2C software products with engineers and designers.
• Strong business, design, and technical judgment.
• Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Claude Code in the workflow.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the NYC office.

• Experience at a technology-enabled services company.
• Experience with internal stakeholders in fintech.
• BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or another technical field.
• Founder experience or an entrepreneurial mindset.
