Production Associate (Manufacturing)

hirify.global is recruiting for a well-established manufacturing client producing and fulfilling wholesale and retail products.

What you will do

• Participate in production processes including wicking, pouring, wick straightening, heat tunnel operations, lidding, and fragrance mixing.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment.
• Track production schedules and daily goals while conducting quality inspections during production and on finished goods.
• Support labeling, packing, fulfillment, and outbound shipment processing for wholesale and retail orders.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move, stage, and organize products.
• Maintain accurate records for production, inventory, materials, orders, and shipments while keeping the workplace clean and safe.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of manufacturing or production experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and operate production machinery.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, inventory, production, or shipping systems.
• Forklift experience or certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
