Technical Integration Specialist (Fintech)

Location: United States; remote eligibility is referenced for the role, with compensation zones covering San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles County, California, Austin, Massachusetts, Utah, Dallas, Houston, Florida, North Carolina, Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, Georgia, Oregon, and Pennsylvania.

Salary: $58,240–$83,200 per year, depending on geographic zone.

What you will do

• Lead discovery conversations to understand customer environments, workflows, and migration goals.
• Run full-cycle accounting software sync migration consultations, including scoping, recommendations, execution, and closure.
• Translate complex technical information into clear guidance for technical, non-technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Confirm prerequisites, customer readiness, scope, and definition of done before migration execution.
• Partner with Customer Success and other customer-facing teams to coordinate preparation, handoff, and post-migration enablement.
• Resolve sync errors, maintain project documentation, complete operational and hirify.globaling updates, and identify adoption, retention, or expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 2 years of experience in a consultative customer-facing role such as implementation, onboarding, customer success, or solutions consulting.
• Strong discovery, needs-assessment, and solution-prescription skills.
• Confidence facilitating conversations with executives and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Rillet.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, or Zendesk.
