Partner Support Lead (Fintech)

Location: Remote in the United States, hybrid, or onsite in New York City or San Francisco

Salary: $102,000–$117,250 for Remote US; $120,000–$137,500 for NYC, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle, plus equity.

hirify.global provides embedded payroll API infrastructure that enables businesses to launch and scale payroll products, including tax filing and tax-notice support.

What you will do

• Run the tax-notice support team's operating rhythm, including stand-ups, queue visibility, escalation paths, and cross-functional coordination.
• Step in on coverage gaps, complex escalations, and situations requiring senior support.
• Shape documentation, workflows, escalation paths, and communication standards.
• Identify patterns in team operations and present actionable recommendations.
• Partner with the department head on team strategy, resourcing, and operational decisions.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in operations or client service.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth company.
• Formal or informal people-management experience and the ability to influence without always having formal authority.
• Strong communication skills, including translating team-level detail for leadership audiences.
• Curiosity and willingness to become fluent in a specialized payroll and tax domain.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment authorization is verified through Form I-9 and E-Verify.
