Partner Support Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite in NYC/SF)

Compensation: $65,875 – $87,500 (varies by location)

What you will do

• Manage high-volume partner requests through written communication while meeting SLAs.
• Investigate complex payroll and tax issues by tracing root causes through internal systems.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Tax, and Risk teams to troubleshoot and resolve bugs.
• Identify recurring patterns and operational friction points to improve product documentation and workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with partners by translating technical concepts into actionable guidance.

Requirements

• Must have US work authorization (E-Verify participation).
• 2+ years in a client- or partner-facing support role.
• 1+ years of experience in payroll, HR tech, or fintech.
• Strong investigative instincts and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk.
• Willingness to attend an annual 3-day company offsite.
