What you will do

• Own the full product loop from AI-augmented discovery and specs to production PRs and outcome measurement.
• Develop forecasting, placement, and replenishment decision systems for the fulfillment network.
• Conduct customer discovery and synthesize research across tickets, interviews, and behavioral data using AI tools.
• Analyze product metrics, define success thresholds, and maintain a prioritized roadmap based on impact and speed.
• Review AI-generated code, evaluate architectural fit, and participate in build-vs-buy decision processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or product engineering experience.
• Must be based in one of the specified US states.
• Demonstrated professional experience using AI toolchains to generate working code and production-ready PRs.
• Technical fluency in reading data models, evaluating API contracts, and identifying architectural deviations.
• Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce technology.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating precise technical specifications for AI tools.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Driver.ai, Cursor, Replit, or V0.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or TypeScript for debugging and data interrogation.
• Expertise in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or multi-node distribution optimization at scale.
• Experience transitioning teams from traditional SDLC to an AI-native operating model.
