Product Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite in New York City or San Francisco, five days per week

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 annually, plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, using marketplace data and connected facility systems to drive productivity across manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you will do

• Architect and steward product strategy for the AI agent platform.
• Solve complex customer problems by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities.
• Write detailed product requirements and partner with product engineering and ML teams.
• Validate and prototype ideas rapidly with customers and early design partners.
• Design agents that orchestrate tools, maintain context, reason through workflows, and execute work autonomously.
• Define evaluation systems and quality frameworks while communicating system behavior, user experience, and business impact across the organization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Product Manager experience.
• Experience launching products from scratch and delivering meaningful customer outcomes.
• Experience building AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems that take meaningful actions for users.
• Strong technical ability and experience working deeply with engineering and ML teams, including reading evaluations and reasoning about system performance.
• Experience operating in ambiguous startup environments with rapid iteration cycles.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI systems, strong work ethic, and willingness to cover a broad product surface area.
