What you will do

• Define the long-term product strategy for internal developer platforms and AI-powered developer tooling.
• Drive an integrated roadmap balancing foundational infrastructure investments with AI-native capabilities.
• Implement platform-as-a-product principles, including golden paths and self-service capabilities.
• Identify and productize internal tools into customer-facing offerings.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and engineering leadership to align on platform constraints and trade-offs.
• Define and track metrics for platform adoption, developer productivity, and system reliability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years at Staff level or above.
• Proven track record scaling platform, infrastructure, or developer-tooling products.
• Strong technical acumen in Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, APIs, and observability.
• Deep understanding of platform-as-a-product principles and developer experience.
• Fluency in AI and agentic workflows, including hands-on familiarity with LLM-powered tooling.
• Must be based in the United States; hirify.global does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience as an infrastructure, platform, or developer-tools PM at a B2B SaaS company.
• Background in a technical role such as software engineering, SRE, or solutions architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure (EKS, Terraform, GitOps) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Track record of productizing internal platforms into commercial offerings.
