Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Technology & AI

Location: Remote, United States. The listed salary range applies to United States residents only.

Salary: $126,400–$213,600 USD per year, excluding bonuses, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large Enterprise Technology, AI, and Data programs, including scope, roadmaps, dependencies, resources, execution, and change management.
• Manage enterprise application and operational transformation programs that improve business processes, scalability, and internal team efficiency.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans by aligning business and technical stakeholders, defining success metrics, and evaluating trade-offs.
• Establish operating rhythms through status reporting, RAID management, milestone reviews, and executive-ready communications.
• Identify risks, gaps, and blockers, recommend solutions, and drive timely decisions with senior leaders.
• Strengthen governance, documentation, delivery practices, cross-functional collaboration, and adoption of AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program management experience delivering cross-functional Enterprise Technology, AI, and Data programs.
• Ability to simplify complex processes, structure ambiguous problems, influence without authority, and align senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, and other functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting risks, recommendations, and program status to executive audiences.
• Familiarity with business systems, data, AI, security, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture.
• Proficiency with program and project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.
• Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment with async collaboration and clear documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience running or participating in an Architecture Review Board, technical governance forum, or similar design and decision review process.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
