Analyst, Investor Relations (Aerospace & Defense)

What you will do

• Support investor communications, messaging, presentations, earnings calls, roadshows, conferences, and shareholder events.
• Manage investor events, facility tours, and relationships with institutional investors, retail investors, research analysts, and investment banking partners.
• Build and maintain financial models comparing internal performance with Wall Street expectations.
• Monitor space-sector peers, analyst research, investor feedback, market sentiment, trading data, press releases, and securities filings.
• Use generative AI tools for competitive intelligence and market monitoring.
• Collaborate with corporate functions to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of financial-services experience, preferably supporting aerospace and defense, industrials, or technology sectors.
• Experience in public-company investor relations, including earnings cycles, regulatory filings, and institutional investor relationships.
• Strong financial modeling skills and detailed knowledge of financial statements, securities filings, valuation metrics, and capital markets.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear investment theses and reports while working in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including communication with large audiences and senior decision-makers.
• Fluency with AI/ML tools and foundational knowledge of the commercial space ecosystem.
