Senior Manager, Corporate Finance (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Own the Monthly Business Review process, coordinating timelines, accountability, commentary, variance analysis, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly reforecast, aligning department leaders on targets and assumptions.
• Build and maintain three-statement financial models covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, capital intensity, and long-range production cycles.
• Develop Estimate at Completion reporting that combines cost-to-date and estimate-to-complete data into forward-looking program forecasts.
• Use Planful to analyze datasets and build reporting dashboards for budget-to-actual performance.
• Standardize planning and reporting processes while mentoring G&A Finance Business Partners supporting HR, IT, Legal, and other functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including work in capital-intensive, manufacturing, hardware, or aerospace environments.
• Experience owning enterprise- or division-level annual planning, forecasting, or Monthly Business Review processes.
• Advanced three-statement financial modeling skills suitable for executive review.
• Hands-on experience with Planful, Anaplan, Hyperion, or a similar EPM/CPM platform.
• Experience leading and developing finance business partners and presenting concise analysis to executives and Boards.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA.
• Experience with Estimate at Completion, earned value management, or program cost accounting.
• Experience modernizing forecasting processes and reporting systems in a high-growth environment.
• Exposure to Infor LN or a comparable manufacturing ERP.
